About the property
The apartment is in a charming beachfront complex on the outskirts of Estepona (70 km from Málaga airport). It has a living room, two bedrooms, a separate, large, fully equipped kitchen (large fridge, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine) and a bathroom with a bathtub and bidet. The apartment comes with its own space in the underground garage, from which a lift takes you up to the apartment. The sea view from the large terrace and the beautiful garden with its pool complex make every meal more enjoyable and your morning coffee taste even better. The grounds are well kept all year round. Direct access leads to a wide sandy beach and the seafront promenade linking Marbella and Estepona, where you can walk or cycle. Free fast Wi-Fi, a smart TV, free sun loungers by the pool, towels and a beach umbrella are provided. Towels and bed linen are available for guests in the apartment. There are shops (Mercadona and Lidl) and restaurants in the area. Public buses are available, with stops 500 m away.
