About the property
Studio located in the seaside town of Benalmadena by Paloma Park, close to the beach and the commuter train station (direct, fast connection to Malaga airport). The panoramic view of the sea, the mountains and the pool complex in the garden will make your morning coffee on the terrace even more enjoyable. The property offers a double bed and a comfortable double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Guests are provided with bed linen, towels, a blanket and beach towels, and the sun loungers by the pools can be used for a fee. Public parking spaces in front of the building and on the street – reservations not possible. The building is adapted to the needs of people with disabilities and has ramps and lifts. The area is quiet but offers a wide range of restaurants, shops and public transport. A great base for exploring nearby Malaga and the many attractions of Andalusia. The flat has been freshly renovated – a beautiful, bright studio with new furnishings.
